Need Financing for $50k Loan!!

Hey,

I have a customer who won a half-price HUD home (govt foreclosed property).
She is having trouble finding financing for such a small loan but we need to
close this in 2 weeks or less…If you have any solutions, please share!

I appreciate any help we can get,
